Placing an Order

To place an order, call us at (206) 367-1176 or FAX your order at (206) 363-8271. Our store is open Tuesday: 9am to 5pm , Wednesday-Friday: 10am-5pm, and Saturday: 10am-3pm (US Pacific Time). You can leave a message on our voice mail system when we are not open.

You can also send us e-mail to place an item on hold. E-mail should include the item number, brand name and the price. Note that we usually read our e-mail once a day at the end of the day so phone orders take priority over e-mail orders.

Ordered items are marked "On Hold" in our on-line products catalog usually within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please make payment arrangements withing 24 hours of placing an item on hold.

Payment

If you intend to pay by credit card please call us or send us a FAX, please do not send credit card information via e-mail as this is not a secure method of communication.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks. Make checks payable to Gillis Watches and Clocks. All funds must be in $US (U. S. dollars) payable through a U. S. bank.

Items are shipped within 48 hours of our receipt of funds (personal checks require 14 days to clear).

Shipping costs will be determined at time of purchase.

Returns

All vintage items are returnable within 3 days of receipt. Sales are final after this inspection period. Gillis does not warrant vintage items. Returned items are shipped at the buyer's expense and must be in the same condition as shipped from Gillis.
